Product Structure:

The cadmium telluride thin-film solar cells consist of five layers: glass substrate, transparent conductive oxide layer (TCO), cadmium sulfide (CdS) window layer, cadmium telluride (CdTe) absorption layer, and back contact/electrode layers.

Good Weak Light Performance

CdTe material excels in low-light conditions such as early morning, evening, or overcast weather, outperforming traditional crystalline silicon cells.

Low Temperature Coefficient

With a coefficient of -0.21~0.25%/ºC, these cells maintain higher power output in high-temperature environments compared to standard silicon modules.

High Conversion Efficiency

Features a theoretical efficiency of 28-29%. It can absorb over 90% of visible light with only 1μm thickness.

Generation Stability

No light-induced degradation characteristics and stable performance in humid climates.
