Compact Heat Pipe Pressurized Solar Water Heater

Working Principle:
Vacuum tubes collect heat from sunshine, an aluminum ring inside transfers the heat to the heat pipe, which then transfers the heat to the water inside the tank. The system starts and transfers heat quickly even on cloudy and low radiation days. The daily average heat efficiency can reach up to 55%.

High thermal performance: Heat exchanging rate remains above 55% even in winter.
Efficiency: Heat collecting efficiency is at least 20% higher than common solar systems.
All-season operation: Works effectively in temperatures as low as -40ºC, avoiding tube freezing.
Reliability: No water flows through the tubes, preventing scale buildup and tube cracks. The system continues to function even if some tubes are damaged.
