Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do before assembling the battery pack?
DIY battery packs must have the cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. It is critical to ensure all cells are matched in voltage, resistance, and appearance before starting the build.
How are the batteries tested before shipping?
We perform rigorous testing on every cell: Capacity Test (less than 2% margin of error), Voltage deviation (less than 0.01V), and Internal Resistance deviation (less than 0.05mΩ).
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately and provide photos or videos for verification. In cases of cargo loss or significant damage that prevents safe use, we will communicate options for replacement or refund.
Are busbars and bolts included with the batteries?
Yes, each individual cell comes with 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs for free. If you require additional or special hardware, please notify us during the order process.
In what situations are returns or refunds not accepted?
We cannot provide refunds for damage caused by assembly errors (e.g., burning the BMS with wrong wiring), battery bulging due to incorrect charging, or cells that have been welded or used.
How do I place an order for Ready to Ship (RTS) products?
For RTS products, if shipping costs are displayed for your country, you can place the order and pay directly. RTS orders are given priority in shipping. For custom requirements, please provide your information for a custom order.
